How The Program Works
Unlike your average coaching program, the Lifebook Leaders Certification Program doesn’t just turn you into a coach – but also a marketer, facilitator and community builder, with a vast student network and proven support system, led by Jon and Missy themselves.
Our goal is to fully prepare you to be a successful Leader and to provide you with ready-made resources that will help you build your Lifebook business.
You’ll experience the entire 8-week program in intimate training sessions with Jon and Missy and the Lifebook Team. They’ll cover every aspect of successfully promoting, selling and facilitating transformational Lifebook experiences for individuals or companies. You’ll also learn how to facilitate Lifebook in different formats: online, offline and even how to organize a Lifebook retreat.
The Curriculum
The Lifebook Leaders Certification Program is designed in a mix format that includes written manuals and live training calls (and call recordings). Each week you’ll get access to a new set of training materials covering one aspect of the program. Your homework will be to read the training manuals before the live calls, so you can fully participate in the hands-on practice sessions during the live calls. You’ll also get a chance to get all your questions answered by Jon & Missy themselves during the bi-weekly Q&A calls. Here’s what we’ll cover in each week of the program:
AUGUST 9th | Onboarding Call
We’ll start with the onboarding call with Lifebook Leaders Program Director Yvette Pelgrom. During the call you’ll fully understand the program structure and curriculum, how to navigate the technicalities of the program platform and what are the exam and graduation requirements. You’ll also connect with all the other Leaders in training and find an accountability partner.
AUGUST 10th | Kickoff Call With Jon & Missy Butcher
Jon & Missy will officially kick-off the Leaders Program with an inspiring live call covering Lifebook’s big picture vision, mission and philosophy as well as Leader’s crucial role in achieving this grand vision. You’ll also gain clarity on your own vision for becoming a Lifebook Leader and the goals you’d like to achieve during and after the program.
AUGUST 18th | Lifebook Online Facilitation Training Call
Discover how to effectively guide others through every step of the Lifebook Online program – including the optimal way to structure each session and teach the PVPS model, how to listen actively and ask questions that ignite self-awareness, and “real-life case studies” that shine light on how you can most effectively facilitate the biggest breakthroughs for your students. Plus a hands-on practice session with other Leaders to build experience and confidence.
AUGUST 25th | Lifebook Mastery Facilitation Training Call
Become a master at facilitating one of the most pivotal moments in a Lifebooker’s journey: their transition into the Lifebook Mastery Bootcamp, followed by Lifebook Membership. This is that magic time period when a person’s vision becomes a concrete action plan and their reality – and you’ll be there to guide them every step of the way.
AUGUST 31st | Q&A Call With Jon & Missy Butcher On Lifebook Online & Mastery Facilitation
Jon & Missy will answer all of your burning questions about facilitating Lifebook Online and Mastery. You’ll learn how to handle unique (and sometimes difficult) situations and clients and explore some real life case studies from Jon and Missy’s personal experience of facilitating thousands of students through Lifebook.
SEPTEMBER 1st | Lifebook For Companies Training Call
Sharing Lifebook with companies is a huge opportunity as it offers a potential of larger groups of students, bigger impact and income. It also requires a slightly different set of skills and marketing approach. In this training you’ll learn everything you need to know to qualify and find your corporate prospects and then successfully package, market, sell and facilitate transformational Lifebook experiences for companies.
SEPTEMBER 8th | Lifebook Retreats Training Call
Lifebook started as an exclusive, high end, high price 4 day live seminar held in Lifebook lounges. Today Lifebook is mostly delivered as an online program – but the immersive live retreats are still one of the best ways people can experience Lifebook in a condensed amount of time. In this training we’ll reveal all the secrets of organizing successful Lifebook Retreats including the logistics, promotion and in person facilitation.
SEPTEMBER 14th | Q&A Call With Jon & Missy Butcher on Lifebook For Companies & Lifebook Retreats
Jon & Missy will answer all of your burning questions about Lifebook for business and Lifebook retreats. They’ll share some real life case studies and practical tips for delivering the most amazing personal development experiences in a corporate world and in a form of a live immersive seminar.
SEPTEMBER 15th | Lifebook Business System Training Call
The nuts and bolts of a business and marketing strategy can be daunting: but not when the hardest parts are done for you. Discover how to use the Lifebook Business System to clarify your story and sales pitch and build a strong online presence with ready made marketing assets and even your own personalised sales page.
SEPTEMBER 21st & SEPTEMBER 22nd | Office Hours Support Calls [Optional]
There will be no live training calls this week, but the Lifebook Team will hold 2 office hours support calls for anyone having additional questions. These calls are optional to provide extra support and answer more frequently asked questions.

STEP 2. INVEST
If you’re accepted into the program, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions and next steps. The fee for the Lifebook Leaders Certification Program is USD $2,995, which we require in full before August 6th.
STEP 3. START THE PROGRAM
Once payment is submitted, you’ll then receive your personal access to the Lifebook Leaders Certification Program on the Lifebook App on August 3rd. Your first step is to access the course on the platform and join us on the Onboarding Call on August 9th (please mark your calendar).

There are requirements you need to meet in order to get your certification from the Lifebook Leaders Certification Program.
- You must submit a video recording of a facilitation session (15-20 min) with a client or connection(s) which demonstrates your knowledge and understanding of your role as a Leader
- You must submit the peer review assessment
- You must submit the marketing asset assignment
- You need to attend at least 80% of the training sessions (live or alternatively, recorded sessions if it appears to not coincide with your time zone for some reason)
What makes the Leaders Program truly unique is the Lifebook Business System.
Most certification programs out there certify you and then leave the rest to you to figure out on your own. The setting up of the initial business can be a daunting task for new coaches, especially if they are new to marketing online.
The Lifebook Business System is a turn-key business solution that gives the Leaders a simple yet powerful tool to kick start their business. We create a beautiful, time-tested sales page that can be personalised with your own url, photo, bio, and programs. Not only that, we leave it completely up to you to decide on the price of your Lifebook program (or you can use our templated package).
You’ll also get holistic training in all types of Lifebook experiences, so you’ll be prepared and confident to deliver Lifebook in whatever form feels best for you: for individuals, groups, companies, retreats etc (we cover it all).
Once you graduate, you are officially a certified Lifebook Leader! You can share Lifebook with whomever you want, using the Lifebook Business System.
There isn’t a renewal or annual fee for the certification but we do require that Leaders have an active Lifebook Mastery Membership subscription in order to provide their Leader services/programs as well as use the Leaders Business System, Leaders Directory and special wholesale rate of licenses for Leader’s students.
Being an active Lifebook member ensures that new Leaders are in constant communication with us, and that you are getting the support you need as a certified Leader.
You may request for a refund until August 10th. There will be a refund processing fee of $299.50 (10%), and the remaining balance of $2695.50 will be refunded to you. Expect 3-5 business days for the refund to process. Claiming your refund is easy: just email us at leaders@mylifebook.com, and we’ll handle it for you.
The full payment of $2995 needs to be paid before joining the Onboarding Call. However do reach out to leaders@mylifebook.com if you’d like to request for a payment plan – we’ll consider it on a case by case basis.
This is completely up to you! That’s the beauty of the Lifebook Business System, where we allow each Leader to customize their Lifebook program and offer it to their customers at the price they decide.
You can set the price of your Lifebook programs to reflect the coaching and facilitation you will provide with the programs, and the client will pay you in the payment method of your choice. The Lifebook Company will charge a wholesale price for every Lifebook Online program that you want to give a client access to, and the rest of the profit is yours to keep.
At the moment we have Lifebook Online program available in the following languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Romanian, Greek, Bulgarian and Chinese.

The next intake of the Lifebook Leaders Certification Program is planned for Q1 2023, although the exact date has not been confirmed yet. Please note that the price of $2995 USD is not guaranteed for the future cohorts.
Historically Lifebook Leaders Certification Program raises an overwhelming amount of interest. We want to make sure that the Leaders we choose are a good fit to be our partners, and that we limit the intakes to be able to provide enough attention and support to Leaders in training. We always read through each application thoroughly and accept candidates who meet the requirements on a rolling basis (first come first served). Priority selection will be given to those that are currently in our Lifebook Membership, and also those that have completed both Lifebook Online and Lifebook Mastery (Bootcamp) programs.
Candidates with background in aspects like marketing, sales, coaching, entrepreneurship etc will have an additional advantage during the selection process.
No, Lifebook will not be involved in the legal setup of your business nor your taxes. We’ll have Leaders from all over the world and it is the Leaders’ responsibility to know and abide by their local business and tax laws.
The Leaders will be able to receive a special wholesale price of $100 USD for the Lifebook Online program. Once you sell your Lifebook package to your clients, you can purchase a Lifebook Credit from us at $100 USD per access.You can add whatever amount you wish on top of this wholesale price, with a minimum retail price being $400 USD (we do provide flexible minimum pricing based on regions – more details will be provided in the Program). Any profit after the wholesale price you pay Lifebook is yours to keep.
For the time being, Mindvalley will continue offering Lifebook Online for $500 with money back guarantee. The Leaders should be providing a lot more value through their facilitation calls and personalisations to the clients, bringing a different value to the clients than what they would get from Mindvalley.
